1. Are my payments secure?

Yes, all of our transactions are encrypted using industry standard equipment to ensure that only we see your private information.

2. How long until I receive my order?

Depending on the shipping method you chose, anywhere from 2 to 10 days.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard only, as well as Personal Checks and Money Orders. Checks and Money Orders may take longer depending on the postal service.

4. Do I have to pay Sales Tax?

Only if you live in Idaho, where our business is located, or in California where our supplier is located. You will be notified if taxes apply to your order before completing the checkout.

5. What are your normal business hours?

Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, Pacific Standard/Day Light Time. However, we are known to work on Saturday.

6. Do you offer gift cards?

We currently do not offer any gift cards. However, at some time in the near future we may do that.
